To offer the most exclusive and tailor-made experience, we take into account the constraints and the processes of our customers, while making sure the taste quality and the expectations of the end consumer are fully met.
We offer samples, advice for using our flavors, and if need be, we can even provide you with a recipe for the finished product.

First and foremost, creating flavors is a story of artists.
Our flavorists have a vast experience in creating both sweet and savory products. In our research and development laboratory, they have 2000 raw materials at their disposal to create the flavors that you need. A library that continues to expand to offer more and more original creations.
Our R&D team uses gas chromatographs coupled with a mass spectrometer or FlD detector, in order to precisely analyze raw materials and flavors. In addition, sensory analysis (olfactory and taste) is essential in the creative process, whether it is done in our neutral tasting booths, or in the application kitchen.
To take into account the interactions between the flavor and the matrix of the product, it is essential to test the flavors in the finished product. To achieve this, we have supplied our kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare salty and sweet biscuits, yoghurts, sodas, ice creams, syrups, candies …
